Greenstock also serves as an advisor to and representative of investors and lenders reviewing or participating in the financing of agricultural processing projects. This role can involve assistance in a preliminary review of business and technical plans, due diligence activities, monitoring of design and construction work and serving as a monitor or liaison on behalf of the investor or lender during commercial operations. The skills that we employ on behalf of project sponsors are utilized to ensure that the planning and execution of another party's project is carried out to the same standards that we apply to our own clients' work.
