Greenstock personnel have experience in the isolation and recovery of protein from wheat and oats and the further processing of the wheat and/or oat protein to produce isolates and concentrates that possess unique functional attributes. Greenstock also has developed its own innovative approach to the dry milling and fermentation of corn, one that results in the production of a high protein (>60% protein) feed ingredient.
