Greenstock personnel are intimately familiar with both the batch and continuous processes that have been developed for the production of methyl or ethyl esters of the long chain fatty acids present in vegetable oils or animal fats and the blending of these esters with petroleum-derived diesel fuel. More importantly, the Company is aware of the technology used to recover glycerol, the by-product of biodiesel production, and the further processing that can be undertaken to increase the range of application and value for the by-product.
