Who We Are

Greenstock Resources, Inc., founded in 1993, is a merchant banking and consulting firm that specializes in the development of agricultural processing facilities. The Company provides technical, marketing and financial advisory services associated with the planning and execution of processing projects for clients and for its own account.

Greenstock's principals have more than 80 years of experience supporting the development and execution of projects that produce and market value-added products. Our experience encompasses investment and corporate banking, business management, plant operations supervision and process optimization, product and market development, process engineering and equipment selection, and permitting and regulatory compliance. The principals have worked together under various arrangements since the early 1980s.

Greenstock is based in Newark, New York where it shares facilities and administrative staff with Refractron Technologies Corporation (refractron.com). Greenstock's principals are domiciled at Newark, Kansas City, Hartford and Carthage, Missouri.

Greenstock's activities encompass a range of project development services, process and product development, project financing and service as an advisor to lenders and investors in industries within our scope of expertise.
